1. Return Window: In-stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

2. Custom Orders: Custom jewelry is non-returnable unless defective or not as per the agreed design.

3. Return Process:Returns must be requested within 2 days of product delivery.  Contact us at +917600871600 or Acc.kkdiamond@gmail.com to initiate a return. Ship the item to 1202 Excellent Business Hub, Laldarwaja Main Rd, Surat, Gujarat 395003.

4. Inspection: Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Approved returns qualify for a refund or store credit, per our refund policy.

5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

6. Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or defective for a replacement or refund.
